Article 2 | What data do we use?
Here you will find an overview of the data we process, why we need it, on what legal basis and how long we will keep this data. We process your name, e-mail address, address details and bank details that are necessary to optimally deliver our services on the basis of the agreement. Without this information we cannot properly execute the agreement. For example, we cannot ship the book if we do not have the data.

We store this data for 7 years (this is the statutory retention period for the Tax and Customs Administration). In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email and the content of this complaint in order to arrive at the best possible solution for you. We use this information for optimal execution of the agreement. We will keep the data until this complaint has been resolved. We use analytics services to enable and optimize our website. We have a commercial interest (legitimate interest) in using your surfing behavior on our website and related data to analyze and where necessary improve our service (see Article 6).

We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and are bound by Google’s retention periods. When you fill in the contact form on our website, we process, with your explicit permission, your name, e-mail, telephone number and other data that you wish to enter on the form. We store data from completed contact forms until your question has been dealt with and settled.

We obtain the aforementioned information from you as a customer or website visitor, because you provide this information to us when you order our book.

2. Change – You can submit a request if you want to have your data adjusted, corrected, supplemented, protected or removed on the basis of inspection.
3. Objection – You can object to the processing of your data with the legitimate interest of Fenestro Gevelbeheer BV as the legal basis
4. Data transfer – If you want to transfer your data to another provider, Fenestro Gevelbeheer BV will provide your data in a structured and common form that can be opened by common digital systems.
5. Automated processing – You may always let us know your position on an automated decision by Fenestro Gevelbeheer BV and have this decision reviewed by a third person.
